Refund and Returns Policy

To start a return, you can contact us at baratiart@gmail.com
The courier will get in touch with you to pick up the returned item(s).
We’ll inspect the requested return and if items are in their original state we’ll refund your money right away!
 
Please note that customers are charged for the return shipping fees if the returned item(s) has no defects or damage.
 
Returns/refunds are accepted for orders with general quotes, ready-made items, or sets that are sold as is with no customization.
Returns/refunds are not valid on orders with customized names, dates, or any specific details, they also exclude flowers, plants and special order requests.
 
Items on sale or gift cards cannot be refunded.
 
Damages and issues:
 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
 
If you receive an item that is wrong, damaged or defected we’ll arrange the return, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right with no extra shipping fees.
 
Refunds:
 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
